45' overall coach with a (RBR) raised bedroom. This allows for the water tanks under the bedroom and a storage the width of the coach and still have 6'6" headroom in the bedroom. We are able to utilize under the bed for drawers and a secondary furnace. Something we were the first do do. If you see it elsewhere, remember we were the first do it!
